GROW YOU CREATOR ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

Grow You Creator is owned and operated by Epiphyte Gens LLC.

You can permanently delete your Grow You Creator account and the information associated with it at any time.

Deleting a Grow You Creator account is different from canceling a paid subscription.

Delete Your Account from Grow You Creator

To delete your account:

1. Sign in to Grow You Creator.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Account.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Review the information shown.
6. Confirm Permanently Delete Account.

We may ask you to authenticate again before completing the request.

Once confirmed, the account will be closed and the deletion process will begin.

If you cannot access your account, email:

Use the subject:

Grow You Creator Account Deletion Request

Send the request from the email address associated with your Grow You Creator account and include:

• Your full name.
• Your Grow You Creator account email.
• Your Instagram or TikTok username, if relevant.
• A statement that you want your Grow You Creator account and associated data deleted.

We may request additional information to verify that you own the account. Do not send your Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok password.

What We Delete

Deleting your Grow You Creator account will delete or de-identify the following information from our active systems, subject to legal-retention exceptions:

• Grow You Creator profile information.
• Connected Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social-account connections.
• Stored social-media access and refresh tokens.
• Imported social-media account and post information.
• Account and content analytics.
• Creator profile, niche, audience, goals, and preferences.
• Content plans and calendars.
• Draft and scheduled posts.
• Uploaded images, videos, audio, documents, and voice samples.
• Generated scripts, captions, images, audio, avatars, and videos.
• AI prompts and project information associated with the account.
• Other content and settings associated with the Grow You Creator account.

Pending posts that have not already been sent to a social-media platform will be canceled.

Information That May Be Retained

Epiphyte Gens LLC may retain limited information when reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with tax, accounting, financial, or legal obligations.
• Maintain transaction and invoice records.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• Resolve payment disputes or chargebacks.
• Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
• Document and fulfill your deletion request.
• Enforce our Terms and Conditions.
• Complete deletion through standard backup cycles.

Information retained for these purposes will be access-restricted and will not be used for ordinary Grow You Creator functionality or marketing.

Aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you may also be retained.

Deletion Timeline

After a verified request:

• Access to your Grow You Creator account will be disabled promptly.
• Connected-platform access tokens will be deleted or invalidated as soon as reasonably practicable.
• Personal information and User Content will ordinarily be deleted or de-identified from active systems within 30 days.
• Residual encrypted backup copies may remain for up to 90 days before being deleted or overwritten through normal backup cycles.
• Legally required records may be retained for the applicable statutory or legal period.

We will send a confirmation when your request has been accepted or completed where appropriate.

Content Already Published on Social Media

Deleting your Grow You Creator account does not delete content already published to:

• Instagram.
• Facebook.
• TikTok.
• Any other third-party social-media platform.

To delete already published content, you must delete it directly through the applicable social-media platform.

If a post has already been transmitted to a platform when your deletion request is made, the platform may still process or publish it. You should verify the post directly through the relevant platform.

Revoke Instagram and Facebook Access

You may also remove Grow You Creator from your Meta, Facebook, or Instagram connected-app settings.

Revoking access through Meta will stop Grow You Creator from receiving new authorized Meta information, but it will not automatically delete your Grow You Creator account.

To delete your entire Grow You Creator account and associated Grow You Creator data, complete the in-app deletion steps above or email [PRIVACY EMAIL].

Removing Grow You Creator does not delete posts or other information stored directly by Instagram or Facebook.

Revoke TikTok Access

You may revoke Grow You Creator’s access through your TikTok security or connected-app settings.

Revoking TikTok access will stop future authorized access, but it will not automatically delete your full Grow You Creator account.

To delete your Grow You Creator account, complete the in-app deletion process or email [PRIVACY EMAIL].

Removing Grow You Creator does not delete videos or information stored directly by TikTok.

Canceling a Subscription

Canceling a paid subscription does not delete your Grow You Creator account or data.

Similarly, deleting your Grow You Creator account may not cancel a subscription managed by Apple, Google, or another app store.

Where applicable, cancel the subscription through the store from which it was purchased to prevent future charges.
